A New Vehicle Test Center in Pattaya.

A new Vehicle Test Center (MOT) has been built in Nong Prue. It’s on the main Road Thung Klom Tan 9, that’s the Road from Soi Noen Plabwan to Toonklom Talman Road. The same Road as Suggestions Restaurant & Tara Pattana International School.  Sio Khao Noi (Boonsampan) & Khao Talo both run into it. It saves you having to make the trip to the Land Transport department and Test Center which is  near Regent School.

So when I went recently to use their services to obtain my tax disc, I just sat in their nice waiting area with a big TV for less than 30 minutes. I then popped in the next day to pick up my documents and Tax

The cost of a motorbike inspection is 60 THB Cars and small Trucks 200 THB

Motorbike Insurance 460 THB,

Car and Truck Insurance is down to the customer and what company they use.

If you require tax for Motorbikes, Cars and small Trucks they do a service to take your inspection & insurance documents to the Land Transport department. With cost of the tax for a service charge of 150 THB that you pick up the following day. For my Motorbike it cost me: Inspection, 60 THB, Insurance, 460 THB, Tax 100 THB and Services charge for deal and getting my tax disc 150 THB a total of 770 THB.
