PRESTIGE PROPERTIES ATTENDS FUTURE PROPERTY EXPO FOR A “POP UP PATTAYA” EVENT

It was great to see so many friends and customers out of their offices and the Chon Buri area whilst attending a busy 4 day expo at Bangkok’s Central World. The store was buzzing with pre Christmas and New Year shoppers and many of them came to see The Future Property Expo. at the Beacon 2 Zone.

Pattaya Prestige Properties founded 12 years ago and now with over 2,500 listings had an excellent position at the show. Patrick Lewinger, Managing Director of Pattaya Prestige Properties said the expo provided an excellent opportunity to reinforce connections with developers and great training for his sales team. They were encouraged to engage with passers by and provide valuable information for visitors at the stand. 

Especially for this event Prestige had some enticing discounts and incentives from Riviera Malibu Residences as well as pre sale offers from the Patta Group with their Horizon and forthcoming Chieftan projects. Patrick also told me about an amazing development close to Rugby School Thailand The View Estate Pattaya that has beautiful, elevated villas, on generous plots of between 1/2 and 1 1/2 Rai and reasonable prices starting around 20 million baht.

Also in attendance were: Alan Bolton, Zensiri Midtown villas, Sansiri showcasing their Eco Homes, Wyndham, East Coast Real Estate and Baan Mae villas. Everyone reporting that the event was well attended and offered some pleasing leads and opportunities. So it may be that Pattaya will Pop up at another such event soon.
