Getting Help at British Embassy Bangkok, AIA Sathorn

British people who need emergency assistance can contact us in person. The British Embassy Bangkok is located at AIA Sathorn Tower, next to the Saint Louis BTS Station, Exit 2. The main reception to the Embassy is on the left of the lobby on ground floor. Telephone access is provided inside the booth for further contacts. British people who need further emergency assistance (for example they have become a victim of crime) can be referred up to the Consular Section on 11th Floor, where they will be seen by a Consular Officer. *Please note that for notarial and documentary services, British people need to book an appointment in advance before coming to the embassy.
